Transport Services
RCB Trucking, LLC is dedicated to providing you with safe and professional transportation of your Mobile/Manufactured or Modular unit. We follow all highway rules and regulations to insure the safety of your home while it is in transport. We are dedicated to customer service and most of all, satisfaction from start to finish. We provide the Transport of Mobile/Manufactured or Modular Homes, offices, and classrooms from the factory or the current home site to the destination of the clients choice. RCB Trucking Transport and Installation procedures act in accordance with the standards set forth by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and the Tennessee State Fire Marshall’s office. We provide the safety and security of the unit in transport, at all times, on and off the road. We are the leader in Mobile Transport!

Chapter 126 Manufactured Homes
Part 4 Tennessee Manufactured Home Installation Act
Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-126-403 (2011)
SECTION 12. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-126-402, is amended by deleting
the text of subsections (3) and (4) and by substituting instead the following:
(3) “Set up” means installation of the manufactured home according to the
manufacturer’s installation instructions or those provided in Section 68-126-403(c)(2), (3)and (4), and includes, but is not limited to: site preparation; support structures including footings, piers, caps and shims; anchoring systems; ground moisture barriers; connection, fastening, moisture barrier installation between sections, and roofing dry-in of multi-sections; HVAC duct connections; plumbing and electrical cross-over connections; completion of exterior siding; installation of heating application ventilation systems or fireplace chimney systems; and completion of hinged-roof sections.

SECTION 13. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-126-403, ….
(a) It is unlawful to occupy any manufactured home in this state unless the
manufactured home has been installed by a person licensed by the commissioner to
make such installation.
(b) It is unlawful for any person to locate or relocate any manufactured home in
this state other than a home heretofore exempt, or a home previously installed and
inspected according to rules in effect at the time of location on the site, unless the
installation of the manufactured home has been done by a person licensed by then commissioner to make such installation.
